Pam Phillips

Another one of our southern girls is Pam.  With too many years of industry experience to mention Pam has done everything from sweeping the floor to being president of the hairdressing association.  As our manager, Pam is able to bring a wealth of knowledge to the salon as she has owned her own salons and has taught a number of apprentices during her time in the industry.  Even though her scissors are now well and truly in the cupboard her passion for salon management has grown which allows her to still have a huge involvement here at Soho.
